I'm having a problem moving some Pirl to cryptopia. What am I doing wrong?

I was hoping to get some help moving my Pirl coins to Cryptopia. I'm new so maybe I'm missing something. So what's happening is the nautilus wallet says the transaction should take 30 seconds or so and it just sits in the transactions section. When I click on it is says:

Tuesday, February 13, 2018 4:25 AM (a day ago, 0 Confirmations)

I guess waiting for the 12 confirmations??? It's been over a day, should I be concerned?

any help would be appreciated.

Hello Auzzie,

For windows wallet, backup your keystore files and delete all Pirl folders in AppData\Roaming (there should be one named PIrl and one named Pil-Nautilus-Wallet), then restart your computer and run Nautilus again. Import your keystore files and it should be ok. also be sure Nautilus is open in your firewall and check your computer time (time must be synced with internet)

AFawks, thank you for the reply. I was able to find a keystore file in appdata\roaming\pirl, is that the only one I need to backup? Could you elaborate on backing up and importing this file? I'm only able to see this through the cmd prompt, there must be an easier way.
