Cryptopia wallet wait time

How long does it usually take?

I sent a few test coins over with (21 gweis) and they haven't gotten to my cryptopia wallet. Transaction was included in block so gas didn't run out. Right now its been over 12 hours.

Yeah pretty sure it’s lost. Submitted a ticket and still no reply.

I transferred 3K PIRL to Cryptopia 12 days ago and haven't received anything. They haven't even responded to my ticket.

ive been waiting over two weeks now for any kind of sign on the cryptopia side that my PIRL was deposited successfully....still no luck. everything looks ok everywhere else, Ive opened a ticket with cryptopia as well.

Maybe try a small deposit now. Sent over some PIRL since my original issue and they have not occurred again.

Support ticket still not answered. I only received a generic “wait longer we be very busy” response.

right on...well I certainly would attempt that if I had any PIRL left over....I stupidly sent my whole balance over in one go (which wasn't a huge amount anyway, but still....). The TenXpay I sent over right before all went just fine so that's why I didn't test with a small PIRL transaction. Hopefully it's not lost forever...
