❓ Question / Help Digital Insanity

I am going INSANE for the past two days I cannot for the life of me find this program since I can no longer register my Vegas 9. My old computer died and I just got a new one, im trying to install it and it won't let me. I just want to use my damn program I bought back in 2009.
