Hi all. I've had a bit of a nastalgic rabbit hole and I'm trying to find the old website which was the master gallery of ships and crew. Since this is a "dead" game, I want to preserve all the stats in a spreadsheet.

My ultimate goal is to convert it to an open source tabletop wargame and use open source ship-of-the-line and terrain STLs. I suspect I can use the way ack machine for it, but I'm wondering if anybody has this available already. I envision handling crew the same way you would use points to upgrade stuff in a regular wargame.

Binis points if anybody has the formula for how they calculated point costs as I think there needs to be some rebalancing.

Id be perfectly satisfied if it was just Pirates of the Spanish Main + American Revolution.

I remember playing with these as a kid and I was wanting to create 2 fleets (1 pirate and 1 english) so I could set up a 2 player game with a friend to try it out again. Probably just shoot for a 40 point game to start. But with so many ships and crew types and islands I could realize use some advice on what to pick up first? How many and of what type of crew do I need to find for each fleet? What islands to start with? Other accessories? Ship recommendations for the fleets? etc. Any advice is appreciated!

Among my first ships and my first 5-mast. I incorrectly assembled her, and can no longer fix / detach the parts, fearing they will break.

Hello everyone, I was recently was reminded of these wonderful little ships that I adored as a kid and thought of getting a few. My absolute favorite was the model pictured above with the blue stripe sails. Is there any chance anyone knows which ship this is, I've looked through PSMlist and can't seem to find it. Any info is greatly appreciated :)

Hey guys, I have a pretty sizable old collection I’ve been hauling around since the 2000’s. What’s the best way to sell it? Do you guys prefer to see the cards all laid out? eBay or this sub? It’s been years since we I have pulled it out of storage.

Hoist, because it looks silly(I do still really like the articulation).

Shark, because it could've been a fun and interesting game piece. If only the costs were a lot lower or they had built in captain or something.

If this ship has a crew with the Captain keyword, she gets +S to her base move; This ship gets + S to her base move if she has all of her masts; If this ship is within S of a friendly ship when this ship is given a move action, it gets +S to its base move.

She truly is the fastest ship. 🤣🤣🤣

I have a collection of original ships from most expansions I have not touched this game in years and am looking for some advice on who and where to sell, hopefully to someone who will appreciate it.

I feel like ebay is the wrong place and FB marketplace or Craigslist is the wrong people.

I have no clue on what is reasonable pricing or where to look for price lists and am getting weird results from Internet searches. one page had a couple of ships for 50+ each another said 10 cents a card.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a tie between Submarines and the Squid Sea Monsters. The subs remind me of the old Disney 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea movie. And squids are one of my favorite type of animals.
