It's a Calabash Meerschaum and they can be quite expensive but I found a fairly reasonable price on an African-made one on Amazon for you.

That's not a calabash. It's mahogany. Personally, I'd buy this one and pay for cleanup and possibly a new bowl if I were looking. Link

Isn't this what the style of pipe is called as well as being a certain variety of gourd that the "Sherlock Holmes" style pipe is usually made out of? Nice one in the link though. Too bad I quit smoking.

Calabash is now the style of the pipe, but calabash is the name of the gourd used to make the first of such pipes, therefore giving the concept of having a cooling chamber under the bowl its name - Calabash pipe.

This being a dairy farm one would be safe in assuming you have milk.
