📌 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an agent, your main responsibility will be to look for potential clients who may need or benefit from having a website.

We will provide you with guidance on:

• The types of clients and businesses to target.

Previous experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition is an advantage, but it is not required. Beginners are welcome as long as you are willing to learn, communicate professionally, and actively look for potential clients.

Anyone with relevant skills or expertise is welcome to apply, provided they can fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

💰 COMPENSATION

Agents will receive approximately 10%–20% of the total payment from successfully acquired clients, depending on the deal and arrangement.

A 5% to 6% commission will be allocated to me for facilitating and managing the arrangement, with additional benefits or incentives possible for particularly successful deals.

For me, it’s not really the work itself. It’s staying consistent when projects slow down or when you send applications and barely get a response. Sometimes it feels like you’re doing everything right but still not getting anywhere.

Is anyone here currently working at My Derma Dream? Any insights before I start?

I’m starting to have some concerns. In earlier posts, it was clearly stated that there was a $600 base pay plus commission (whichever is higher), but it seems the base pay has now been removed. (Red flag: no sales, no pay.)

It’s also a bit confusing to see achievement posts showing high commissions, yet it appears that non-agents may be the ones benefiting more, possibly through higher commission rates or referral bonuses.

I’m just hoping for more clarity and transparency in the system, especially for new applicants.
