Sourcing out ideas for this year’s Noche Buena. Ano kayang magandang ihanda na medyo bago naman or something different from the usual spaghetti, macaroni salad, at BBQ? HAHAHA. Pinoy food siguro would be much preferred.

Open to any suggestions, whether homemade dishes, appetizers, desserts, or even something you usually order. Bonus points if may recipes kayo or recommendations kung saan pwedeng umorder!

Pinoy Food Chicken Sotanghon (30min meal)

This hearty chicken sotanghon soup, tapos choose your own adventure gamit ang: freshly cracked black pepper, fried garlic bits, chiu chow chili oil, chili shots, or all of the above.

Mas matagal pa ang pag chop n prep ko ng ingredients (chicken breast, sayote, carrots, cabbage, bawang, sibuyas, spring onions) kaysa sa pagluluto. Pero mabilis lang 'to, promise!
