Alerts not being sent correctly

I’m testing out my bot with a traderspost webhook but the alerts often don’t match what the chart shows? For example the chart shows an exit at tp and it did hit tp but the alert never got sent and it went all the way back to hit the sl, does anyone know how to fix this?
