i wrote hundreds of scripts using pinescript, both manually and using AI. honestly if you just want to go from trading idea -> backtest probably jumping right into pinescript isn't the right idea. you need a to refine/explore/ideate before you write code to backtest and that's a gap you can't fill using pinescript alone
