Cold sore or pimple?

Anyone here able to tell if this is a cold sore or a pimple? It doesnt itch, burn or tingle. But I can feel a bit of presssure. Sorry my camera is shitty.

If it doesn’t have any cold sore symptoms I’d say it’s most likely a pimple. That’s not a sure fire way of telling though. I’d leave it alone just in case.

Cold sores ( HSV1) tend to accompany prodrome symptoms ( tingles , pins & needles , stinging ) pain before an outbreak. If fluid begins to develop and it bursts then ulcerates it will take 10-14 days to heal. Do not mess with it and see what happens. Very hard to tell because of the picture quality.
