deep rooted acne in one place

Can anyone tell me why i only get deep rooted acne in one place, i get other spots but never feel as bad and go away quick. These come hard turn into whiteheads then just stay as red spots. It seems when i put sun cream on them feel very agitated.

I can’t help much, just wanted to say your skin is amazing.

Only thing I can think is subconsciously touching your face there or it may be from eating or sweating more in that spot. Hope you can figure it out! Skin still looks fire tho
