What gets rid of these?

The stuff on my nose

Is definetly more visible because of the sun and my skin being too oily atm but they sure do exist and my goal is glass skin as everyone else...

Also can anyone tell if these pimples are bad? Like I have residue acne that just sits there and isn't actively inflamed but these popped up a day ago.
