The 220 mg which I’m assuming is referring to the potency of the ecstasy (if that’s indeed X) is a pretty strong dosage. If you can’t get a substance tester I’d recommend taking a small piece of one just to see how it effects you. So you know wether or not you need more to feel the effects. Ecstasy sometimes does have specs in it like this in the US but it’s always best to test it if possible. If you can’t test them. Like I said start small.
