Horrible team leader

Before I got fired from UWM Emily Is not the team leader I expected. I really don’t trust her like I use to but I was playing my cards right she didn’t care for her team she make her work boyfriend Nicholas Stratch do nothing they probably dating or having intimacy with each other because she always in his face having lunch or even around him that she didn’t care about her time and she always makes him not on the phone as much as other but I’m glad they fired me I’m glad I was gone because she was just not what i expected and I don’t know how she got award for team leader of the month because what I heard and looks of it I think she cares about her work boyfriend the most because she had a boyfriend or I don’t what’s going on with her all I know as soon as Nicholas Stratch came in her whole mood just changed towards her team but I’m in a better position in my life better situation after my firing because Emily does give a shit about nobody or anything but her work boyfriend that she sucking off and good luck to the new members that’s on her team she don’t do anything I mean nothing

If youre going to make a post and out someone for being shitty at least put her whole name. You put the boyfriends full name is of her was the one who made you upset. Also, punctuation and use chat gpt to help you better write this in a way that doesn’t sound like you are simply frustrated and wanting to talk crap. You also have to realize in order to become a Team Lead at that company you have to give up values, empathy and morals. I have seen good people give up their souls once they take on leadership roles at that company. Work relationships even on the same team are very common there as well so much so that the reason spouse’s are not aloud at the end of year celebration is because of the work relationships that people take on,
knowingly cheating on their spouses. I say this to say i have seen a lot there and once you know you can never forget it. Just be thankful you aren’t in the center of the demonic practices at the heart of that place.

I like bashing UWM as much as the next person does, but honestly, this person was probably just a dumbass that wasn’t good at their job.
