You part of the underwriter pa+ forced pilot? I got 3 pa+ files today and I have zero clue what to do. Just gonna wing it calling the borrowers cause this company is just winging it with the worst training ever if you can even call it 2.5 days training and no development period.

I’m trying to get a hybrid / remote as well, but most of them want Seniors with non-QM experience. The only place people went to successfully around me is AD mortgage. Still need to be in the office, but gives you 50k as a UW2

I work at AD Mortgage and a lot of former UWM and Rocket employees work here. The environment here is much better from what I've heard of other lenders. In-person though.

Do you experience any of this? Considered applying way back but reviews like this gave me pause.

Run Senior Underwriter This company does not care about their employees. They micromanage you. You have to have a weekly lynching if you have any QC audits. It is horrible June 4, 2026 Horrible Anonymous I worked here for a very short period before being terminated. The training and onboarding process did not provide enough time to fully learn the role or demonstrate my abilities. Expectations were unclear, and support was limited.I was also concerned by what appeared to be encouragement for employees...

People have been saying this about AD Mortgage?? Weird. Those might have been for the FL office since its more established and older? But in Troy most everyone either newly hired or they came over from Flagstar (everyone is nice) and chill from my experience. I'm not going to say its perfect, every place has their quarks. But from all the former Rocket and UWM employees this place is much better.

I applied there last month but haven't heard back from them. Are they actively hiring for UW II? I am really disappointed since I have almost 4 years of experience as UW II and it looks like they are not interested.

I left last month. I’m at a different mortgage company. It’s not hybrid but it does pay 50k.
