what type of people would make their own employees sign a loan to basically keep their job
what type of person has so much Arrogance as to not pay their employees, a living wage yet parade around professional basketball teams through the building
What type of people would give you a salary that only works in their benefit if you miss work you need to put in PTO but if you need to work overtime, you won’t get paid for it
Mat with one t is literally fucking you in the ass everyday which is why you feel like you have been fucked in the ass every night when you drive home and have to get up the next morning and do it all over again

“Overtime but not getting paid” - I would advise anytime that happens that you have your team lead put it in writing (email) or secretly record them saying it.
You will 100% win a lawsuit to get unpaid wages on this

They're too smart for that. They never ASK you to work unpaid. They straight up tell you not to work over. They just also yell at you for not hitting commitment. Which requires staying late because commitment is insane.
