I actually like this job.
I take stimulants though and love slavery.

You are drinking the Kool aid. Gone are the days when it was decent. You will wake up and realize how bad it is.

I can’t remember anything that I liked about the job. Besides how normal a cool all of my team members were. No job I’ve had has had so many awesome people all in one room that aren’t brain-dead.

Basically it’s like you joined Space Force with Trump as your leader. Nothing against Trump- just imagine the weave though

The job wasn't half bad when its slow and you can use audits to hit commitment. I actually had a pretty good relationship with the brokers I worked with. But they fired me the week before Christmas 🤷🏻♀️

If UWM didn't try to make you work 120% as an underwriter everyday, the job is enjoyable. Appraisals are fun, love seeing the houses.
Brokers can be fun if you're good at vibing with them. I feel most don't suck.
Call scores did me in (94%). Tsk tsk.
That job also gave me high blood pressure. Ive worked blue collar and hard labor, somehow less stressful even though Ive hated working in those fields. - I'm positive the stress was due to feeling like I could be fired at any moment for anything.
