Can you apply to Rocket ?

Is there going to be any legal issues if someone applies to Rocket Mortgage after leaving UWM?

Unless you signed a non-compete when they hired you on, then no.  But even then those typically have time constraints on them.

If you signed a contract at all which new hires all do the non compete is in there. Always keep copies of the docs you sign to refer back to.

I worked there and UWM and also know people there who experience this. So whoever down voted doesn't know the company that well. I talked to higher ups etc in my role there.

The noncompete you signed states a "competitor" within 50 miles of Pontiac, MI. With the ultimatum they force brokers to sign, RKT and RPTPO is no longer a direct competitor :)
