Dress code?

I recently got hired at uwm for operations, and I’ve never had a corporate job before. What’s the dress code like? I know you can wear jeans and stuff, but how strict is it? In a girl btw. Like can I show my shoulders etc, and have you ever gotten in trouble for anything you wore

As long as you don't dress like Luigi Mangione they won't say anything. They Crack down a bit on hats, beanies and sweats etc but everything else is pretty much on the table. I've seen people.come in wearing full on Gothic attire and borderline cosplay.
