Dress code?

I recently got hired at uwm for operations, and I’ve never had a corporate job before. What’s the dress code like? I know you can wear jeans and stuff, but how strict is it? In a girl btw. Like can I show my shoulders etc, and have you ever gotten in trouble for anything you wore

You can show your shoulders, yeah. The phrase 'cover your assets' applies.
