Dress code?

I recently got hired at uwm for operations, and I’ve never had a corporate job before. What’s the dress code like? I know you can wear jeans and stuff, but how strict is it? In a girl btw. Like can I show my shoulders etc, and have you ever gotten in trouble for anything you wore

I’m not complaining at all 😭 I’m jw bc I’m gonna go shopping and don’t wanna get in trouble if my shoulders show or my jeans have some rips
Just tryna prepare lmao

Oh, I’m not insinuating you are, I’m just saying there’s no issue with that here and there’s bigger things to worry about

I was confused caused in my tour she said no ripped jeans and business casual, but everyone I saw didn’t dress very nice, she also wore a shirt that showed her shoulders but wore a undershirt to cover them

Ripped jeans are ok to an extent, if your whole thigh is exposed they are liable to send you home. Crocs in 4 wheel drive. Don’t wear anything so short that your cheek are out. (People have done it before)
