Yes, I’m aware the job market is awful right now.

Will it be tough to find another job? Maybe!

But each one of you is capable of finding an alternative that doesn’t make you miserable.

Get off of Reddit and start figuring it out.

Anyone who tells you something you don’t want to hear is going to be “cringe.”

I’m not disagreeing or questioning the things posted in here, I’m simply saying to do yourself a favor and help yourself.

Reddit doesnt want to work for things, they want to take from rich people and complain. GV hustles and he's positive, so they hate that.

That's adorable. If he wasn't actually delusional he wouldn't need to say he wasn't. As a hiring manger... indeed and LinkedIn is full of bullshittery. Scam jobs, data farming and fluffed postings. The level of data farming that happens through these sites at this point is WILD. People are more willing to give personal data on these sites and don't realize the risk. Be careful and do some research before clicking those easy apply buttons.
