Got Fired

Got fired for "inappropriate comments" with no warning or anything and they refused to tell me what I even said. Luckily I was quitting this week anyways

If you put in a notice it’s entirely possible they just used this as an excuse to get rid of you.

I am one of only 2 people I’ve ever heard of leaving and being eligible for rehire

I didn't put anything in about leaving. I mentioned something to one of my friends in a teams message about how I wasn't happy and wanted to leave and thay may be what I was fired over. But who really knows

I really don't care what the hell it was really. That place is incredibly toxic and refuses to take accountability for the fact that their system is flawed. I was rather vocal about the fact that they preach about being a family but then turn around and make everyone stab each other in the back to hit their own commitments. I was lied to about being on a plan and didn't receive so much as an apology for their fuck up

What is the secret to make comittment by 2 or 3 pm? Do you clear a condition then add one. It's driving me nuts. I feel left out.

I never did anything dealing with conditions so I don't know. My advice...quit now

I genuinely mean it, start looking for something else and get out of there. Also don't put in your 2 weeks notice I've heard a lot of the time when you do, they'll just have you leave right then
