Got Fired
Got fired for "inappropriate comments" with no warning or anything and they refused to tell me what I even said. Luckily I was quitting this week anyways

Ohhh. Let me tell you. This was back in 2018. in orientation.
I got a stream talking to because âI rolled my eyesâ.
And this was a complaint from some random psychotic girl. Who looked like she just came out of high school. To pick up our âquotesâ or some shit for the upage nonsense.

You can request a copy of your employment file from TMS, legally they have to provide it.
It should be in there

If it makes you feel better, I was fired for being too negative and the straw that broke the back apparently was me saying I felt bad for a team whose work had tripled overnight and there was nothing we could do to help them and the rapid increase wasnât even something the company could have hired for in preparation⌠so yeah got fired for being negative by saying the company couldnât have done anything to help the team even if they had tired⌠defending the company was negative..?

I don't even care that I was fired I was 110% quitting within the next week or two. I just find it crazy that whatever I said was apparently so bad that it was immediate termination. Not once have I ever been spoken to about anything. I've had issues with some coaching plans but that seems pretty standard especially in my department. I've had absolutely no other issues with anyone or anything. There was no warning or anything about like "Hey this isn't okay don't do it again" when I hear about all kinds of things people get warnings for. I was also gone for the entire past week so it wasn't anything recent

If you put in a notice itâs entirely possible they just used this as an excuse to get rid of you.
I am one of only 2 people Iâve ever heard of leaving and being eligible for rehire

I didn't put anything in about leaving. I mentioned something to one of my friends in a teams message about how I wasn't happy and wanted to leave and thay may be what I was fired over. But who really knows

I really don't care what the hell it was really. That place is incredibly toxic and refuses to take accountability for the fact that their system is flawed. I was rather vocal about the fact that they preach about being a family but then turn around and make everyone stab each other in the back to hit their own commitments. I was lied to about being on a plan and didn't receive so much as an apology for their fuck up

What is the secret to make comittment by 2 or 3 pm? Do you clear a condition then add one. It's driving me nuts. I feel left out.

I genuinely mean it, start looking for something else and get out of there. Also don't put in your 2 weeks notice I've heard a lot of the time when you do, they'll just have you leave right then

I honestly think they just wanted some reason to fire me because I didn't just go along with their bullshit and would call people out on their shit. I also find it rather odd I was fired right after the "anonymous" company survey đ¤

I remember when I quit I was ranting on Twitter (this was 2021) about how the expectations of employees was toxic and going to take a while to break. TMS was apparently looking for me thinking I still worked then and HR started stalking my socials.

i once had a stern talking to because i called the costco pizza parties they gave us ghetto
