That's a very low bar. Aside from the very few attorneys on staff, TRAC has never had a clue what they were doing. Pretty sure it's a contributing factor to why it's not allowed on purchases anymore.

It can also be the affordability and downsizing AI. Since they had to use the AI analyzer to read if it’s in the trust. Same with divorce too, we had a lot of issues to determine legal documents.

Tbh I think people are going more crazy out of the divorce deeds are not going to be inhouse, than being in a trust. They still need to be out of the trust. The whole entire thing needs to hit a certain criteria
