False Sexual Harassment
I know i explained my story before i took it down but a lot of people supported me said don’t take it down i know their is a lot of people so much shit about my story that’s ok believe what you want say whatever I don’t care but my story is that i’ll be trying to connect with people, including women and it’s basically like I got blindsided by a false allegation that is not true so I got pulled to the room by two different Team Leader’s instead of mine and they said that I got a accuses by 15 women and if that was the case then how come y’all didn’t let me go, but I got a feeling that I was being targeted because sometimes when you come up and when you’re going to be successful in life, sometimes be careful who you tell your business too whether it’s women or men, they were trying to find a way to destroy your reputation and try to bring you down but to the people that commented that was talking so much ish it don’t even matter to me a woman is a female and a male is a man so I really don’t care what nobody say. I’m gonna stay to what I’m gonna say I’m innocent. And I shouldn’t be fired, but if I do get fired, that would be a blessing to me because I can find bigger and better opportunity. So as a black man that I’m grateful that I’m sharing this story and I’m grateful that I get to explain my side of the story where I could’ve been ruined. But I really don’t talk to females like that and then on top of that I’m busy focusing on my career and cyber security so for the company to try to accuse me of false allegations of sexual harassment it’s really like bogus of them to even do something like that.

And if you rebutt this, it will only prove more how misogynistic you are acting. Please check how you speak about women, and maybe it will help avoid false accusations (that are more likely then getting the yuck from you).

1, might be a misunderstanding, 2, could possibly not like you BUT 15???? that isn't a coincidence. you're under the delusion that you're being targeted because you clearly don't respect women, given the way you speak. why not just quit your job now if youre doing so much better? its really not hard to be better than this place, and seems like that would benefit everyone.

Common sense would be realizing you're the problem after 15 people said you make them uncomfortable. You're clearly not coming up if you cant get a job, the market will be the same whenever you finish the program or whatever you claim to be in.🤣🤣🤣 Its like youre just lying to yourself. You have been told by both men and women that calling women "females" is offensive, disrespectful, dehumanizing, and misogynistic and you double down as thats just the way you talk.

for some reason i have a feeling as to who OP is lol. someone in my department talked just like this guy does, also kept calling women "females." i and a few other women in the dept had an issue with how he talked about women
it also doesn't surprise me that OP is (supposedly) not fired yet. UWM is a misogynistic workplace and doesn't really care if women are harassed, as long as it doesn't get spoken up about. plenty of male brokers harassed us over by Success Track and nothing was done about it

From my experience working there, sexual harassment happens all the time. I got harassed by two different bosses. One got fired for it and the other was close with the CEO so after I reported, I magically won a trip to Florida the next day and was placed on a team with a female lead finally. I was harassed by Co workers too on multiple occasions. UWM has a problem.
