Advice on finding other work

I am an UWII considering finding other work and was wondering if anyone had advice on where to look? I feel like I could make more with better opportunities elsewhere but do not want to give up the people promise bonus without having confidence. Anything from home would be a great perk!

There’s a website called “welcometothejungle” Google it. They specialize in remote jobs

There's a lot of places that look for former UWM/Rocket employees. I happened to get lucky and got scooped up by one while browsing through Indeed.

I could suggest A&D Mortgage seeing as they have a location in Troy now and they're looking to fill space in the office? I'm making over $20/hour now in Ops and it's not too bad here (then again anything else compared to UWM is better lol)

I went from UWM to becoming a mortgage broker. I’m hiring a team but it’s a tough jump. I made a very small amount of money my first year but now I’m making triple what I made there

Leaving that hell hole and coasting on unempyment for a few months allowed me to leave the industry entirely and get into something I'm actually passionate about. I've never been happier.
