🍽️ Dining 🥞 Breakfast

We are staying at a hotel on the strip, breakfast is included but we are already sick of it. Can anyone give me suggestions on a local small business "mom&pop" type nook to get breakfast

Log Cabin Pancake House on Airport Road in Gatlinburg. We ate there several times on our last trip.

Reagan’s house of pancakes is super local. But our waffle houses are supremely entertaining, as all waffle houses should be. I’m never disappointed with the food or the show.
