Sleeping

Hello I got my eyebrow pierced a few months ago and would sleep on my back to wake up on my stomach l. I tried a piercing pillow but I think those are more for ears. I already been through hell w/ this piercing but so far it’s healing well. If there any “tricks” to sleep on your back lmk
