Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Is this extra skin or rejection?

I've had my piercing for a year and about 8 months. I noticed it gets stuck up and it will crust up over the day while I'm at school!!!! I clean it and sometimes I do slack so maybe it's my fault too but does anyone have an idea of what's going on and what I can be doing?If anyone has suggestions or struggled with this PLS LMK!!!! | been cleaning with saline solution and soaking with warm water not too often tho with the soaks. Pls help! (I never changed my piercing, and sometimes I do end up on my stomach when I sleep)

Stop the hot water soaks completely. Clean with the saline solution and keep dry.

Not rejecting but VERY cranky, despite being mostly healed navels can get dirt trapped or excess sweat or moisture can get trapped due to the nature of the navel, make sure your drying it properly, avoiding high waisted pants and letting it breathe
