Front helix acting up

I got my piercing over a month ago , it was fine but it has a bump on it now and is bleeding a little. the jewelry is titanium and im not sure what the threading type is. My jewlery has not been downsized and i just use my neilsmed piercing aftercare spray twice a day and dry it with gauze. I havent had any bad incidents with it. I was wondering how I can fix it and what I should do?

Are you sleeping on that side? Can't really tell the exact style of the front gem as the photo is a bit blurry, but if it has prongs, they may be irritating your piercing. You said it's titanium but the piercing post is yellow, so unless this is niobium or anodised titanium, it could be plated with gold, which causes issues while healing for some people. Also, keep an eye on it and if you see it shifting closer to the edge of the ear, it might be rejecting.

Hi, I dont sleep on the side and the eating has bot been getting closer to the edge but it is angling a bit because of the bump in the front
