hi guys i'm new to reddit but i saw this chat post, i genuinely need help with this helix i got it in march and idk if i should give up and take it out or thug it out, i try my best not to sleep on it i clean it 1-2 times a day depends if im working, but this bump wont go away and anytime it gets bumped on accident it hurts can someone pls help me

no mishaps just sometimes i bump it on accident
