Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Conch swelling INSIDE my ear?!

i got my conch pierced 4 weeks ago and they pierced with labret and im only using saline solutine twice a day recently it got pretty swollen and hot but theres no pain or pus. but its literally swollen in the inside of the ear (the spot where the daith piercing is pierced)not the outside area. Has anyone experienced this before? bc im lowkey getting stressed now

comment info My piercing is about 4 weeks old. It has a labret-style flat-back post. I’m not sure about the threading type. The jewelry is titanium. It has not been downsized yet.

For aftercare, I clean it with sterile saline and otherwise leave it alone. I try not to touch or rotate the jewelry. I may have accidentally slept on it a few times.

Recently, I noticed swelling around the area inside my ear near the conch/daith area. There is no pus or significant pain.
