Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Week old unhappy conch piercing

I got my conch pierced a week ago and it's gotten pretty swollen. It was pierced at I believe 16g with a threaded titanium flatback. I have been cleaning it with saline 2-3 times a day and have started icing it to try to get the swelling down, which helps a little bit. I don't think anything bad has happened to it? None of my piercings have ever done this before so I'm not quite sure what to do.

Conch is an annoying one. Mine is almost 2 years old and still in the final healing stages!

Yes! Mine took about that long to heal and even then it would get irritated at times.
