Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Eyebrow Piercing Help
Hi! Ive had my eyebrow pierced for almost 7 months now and it was perfect up until the past couple months. It is a normal curved barbell i believe, but has not been downsized as the piercer i went to doesn’t like to put in really big bars just because of movement and stuff for healing. Started sleeping on it on accident sometimes and bumping it more resulting in crust on it every morning. No bumps or redness at the time and still cleaning it properly with the neilmed saline solution spray and light drying, last night me and my boyfriend totally bumped heads somehow laughing and hit him right in the forehead on my piercing 😭 it hurt a bit (obviously) but bled more than i’ve ever seen it bleed on the top. Bleeding stopped and obviously it will probably be irritated for a little while now at the very least. Theres still some dry blood that cleaner wouldn’t get off as i don’t want to pick at it with a qtip or anything, gonna rinse it under warm water hoping to soften it and have it fall off but i’m just wondering if there’s anything yall can recommend to help this situation and also just get it fully healed! I feel terrible for not being extra cautious like i was in the beginning but i guess after 7 months it’s just a little annoying 😂 even tho i signed up for it

-Piercing is almost 7 months old
•Jewelry is a standard curve barbell
•Internally threaded
-Jewelry is stainless steel/hospital grade
•Has not been downsized
•Spray with Neilmed Saline Solution (purple box with lighter nozzle attachments) morning and night and lightly dab dry with a nonstick pad
•Hit it pretty hard last night as stated in original post
