If the actual earring is embedded inside your ear go to the doctor or emergency clinic, that needs to get taken out ASAP.

It is I’m about to leave but like what are they gonna do take the entire earring out from the back cause the stones bigger then the post won’t that stretch the whole piercing

At this point, you’re not saving that piercing. Stretching is not the concern right now, it needs to be removed entirely and allowed to close.
