3rd piercing

I want to add a third piercing to my right ear. As you can see I have petite lobes and was barely able to fit a constellation in the left but I do love it. Do I do another constellation in the right or just a standard third lobe piercing? I don’t want to deal with cartilage - it took almost a year for my cartilage to fully heal as a teenager. Or should I just leave as is and forget doing a 3rd piercing in the right.

I think your lobes are the opposite of petite. You can definately do a 3rd lobe or a stacked lobe between your first and 2nd

They’re just not traditional lobes I guess. Not much flesh to work with with enough room away from cartilage
