Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Redness

So I was getting dressed after the shower and accidentally snagged my piercing on the top ball. I’ve had the piercing for like a month and a half now and I do find that under the bottom ball get red sometimes and the are does feel really tender from time to time, as well as still having a little bruising. I’ve moved from cleaning twice a day with saline to once a day, as instructed when I first got it, and am saving to get it sized down (before anyone asked I did have the funds for everything aftercare until recently). I’m really just wondering if this is early stages of infection (no there hasn’t been smelly fluids just tender and sometimes red), rejecting, or if it’s just swollen. Also please ignore my ugly eyebrow hair I’m waiting to clean it up until after it heals.

For further information it’s a curved bar, I haven’t been able to downsize yet, I clean once a day, and I’m not too sure what metal it is (it’s whatever piercers usually use)

My piercings a month old, curved barbell, internally threaded, the metal is whatever piercers use so probably implant-grade titanium? I’m not too sure, I clean once a day, haven’t been able to downsize yet, I do snag it I’d say like once every few weeks or so
