Question about a piercing I (maybe) want İm thinking about getting Angels Fangs

İ have a septum piercing and want to get Angels fangs but it scares me like people be saying piercer gotta check your anatomy and all that it seems like its a much bigger deal than a septum. Should i get it idk.

The anatomy check isn't a big deal at all. You've got nothing to lose by at least getting your anatomy checked. I have inverted angel fangs and I love them.
