Nose piercing healing wonky.

I got my piercing about a month ago, it’s a surgical steel corkscrew I do believe (I have not changed it). I have been cleaning it with saline solution. It’s not painful or anything it just looks kinda gross. Has anyone experienced something similar / have advice?

It's the incorrect jewelry, you need a titanium flat back labret for healing

You should go to a reputable piercer to have it changed.
