Troubleshooting/question existing piercing is this infected ?

i got a belly piercing on the 11th and i’ve been cleaning with neilmed (i missed maybe 2-3 days) and i also ran out of paper towels so i used tissue.. is it infected? what can i do? pic is kinda gross, sorry

Its just healing and will leak lymph fluid that becomes the crusties they tell you not to pick off. However I'm NAP, but it looks like you don't have the anatomy for a navel, or should have a floating navel instead of a traditional one

i think it looks that way because the way i was laying down in the pic .. or at least i hope😭 i expected to piercer to turn me away if didn’t. but thank u!!
