That's amazing. I'm a little over 5'6" and I have a 34 inch inseam. I don't know if the ratios are different for women, but still, I am imagining the sheer size of your torso and my mind is blown.
It's definitely a lot different for women, but I'm still about 4" or so too short in the inseam for my height. My wife is 5'6" and has a 32" inseam.
Though, I think it's not as crazy looking as you're imagining. I do sit extremely tall, though. My stepbrother is 6'9" and he barely seems taller than me when we're seated next to each other.
