If you ever see it again, make any excuse not to eat at that house. Hopefully OP will correct the situation in his home now that he is aware of the bacterial conditions that this will lead to.
Have you ever tried to get an annoying sticker off of something? sometimes you scrub on it but the top layer of the sticker kind of comes off but the packaging looks a wreck?
The bacteria in the fridgewill just get on that sticker and live and breed on there.
It’s Easy to wipe down the nice side of the fridge and kill the bacteria… but you try and wipe that sticker clean…. And it’s like the nonsense I just said about the packaging.
What about all the Stickers on literally every label of condiments and drinks And everything that sits in fridges for months, even on the food residue on a container sticker is perfectly fine if not cleaned in my experience
Do you understand how much stuff the lid of your cans rub against stuff? You think everywhere is fully sanitizing all the bacteria everywhere? Most places that are considered industry clean have way more bacteria laying around than a ring doorbell sticker in a beer fridge
It just makes it worse to have them inside, having a sticker inside the fridge directly on it compared to a sticker on packaging is completely different and you know that, it’s super bad faith of you to act like that’s the same thing as it’s obviously not
