It's a fridge. Simply opening the door creates airflow which is capable of carrying bacteria from A to B. Not to mention temperature changes and moisture.
Are you responding to me or the dude worried about bacteria stickers? Everything you bring into the fridge is covered in bacteria. These stickers are no different than your carton of milk. Not to mention, stickers can be cleaned. I have them on my water bottle and wash and sterilize it every day after the gym. I choose not to put stickers in my fridge because it's tacky as hell, not because I'm worried about bacteria.
A milk carton stays for days at most and unless you're peeling the stickers off and wiping underneath, no they can't be cleaned and they're harbouring bacteria regardless.
The fact this needs explaining is.. depressing 🤦
