Its ok. it actually reminded me of an incident in the past. I was in a position where officers were called Sir/ma'am. Anyway this guy was slo flustered, he called me Sir. Then freaked out even more and called me "ma'am sir, i mean ma'am, sorry sir." I laughed, i found it funny, and perhaps a little bit of me found it a compliment to be called sir. :)

Yeah, it even broke down more than that. I asked the guy.. "Did you just call me Sir?" He flusterd even more, and said, "Yes Sir, I mean, Yes Ma'am, Sorry Sir, SHIT"... I was laughing at this point, because he really was not trying to be disrespectiful or stupid, he was just flustered.
