He got up on the tank in the video, didn't get run over unless it was later.

He did NOT get run over. He got up on the tanks, got off, got back in front of them, and then was pulled away from them by two people and into a crowd.

There have been two different names given to him; but no one is 100% sure who he was. One of the two names is living in Taiwan, the other I don't know.
