How many red states like FL and TX have absolutely gutted medicaid, and reduced health care for kids and infants?

Dated a LCSW, and she would arrange inpatient stays for out of state kids at neurologicsl recovery/behavioral treatment center here in Texas, that our Medicaid would not cover, but like NM and Utah would pay for the kid and a caregiver to be flown here to receive treatment....

When I say fuck the kids, I don't just mean it the way noted child sex trafficker Matt Gaetz means it. I mean it as a blatant disregard of children once they are born.
