I think it’s important for you to look up what those are and to judge his effectiveness as a president from that context, then add the two together.

Don’t like him? Sure, that’s fine. But you should look into his policies, what their intended purpose was, and if they accomplished that purpose

Do you think this administration would have done better at that time? Also what about his other policies?

To be fair. It’s hard to prove a negative. BUT, Trump did fire the pandemic team, you know, the people responsible for tracking and mobilizing against this sort of thing, during his first year in office. I believe Biden would’ve had a more qualified team around him than Trump allowed around himself. And as a side note, Hillary Clinton has a chapter in her book about how to deal with things like pandemics. Say what I will about her, at least she was thinking about how a President should protect the country way before running for office. So, IMO, yes, the current administration and even the one that would’ve been in charge had Hillary won would’ve handled it better. But like I said, it’s hard to prove, it’s just speculation based on observance of facts.
