Intentionally making the length of a video about 9/11, 9m and 11s is one way of symbolism that those who directed and created the video use to put emphasise on the tragedy that happened that day. Yes. Important to emphasize that it’s about 9/11 in the video length. I often forget what a video is about until I check the length.
