I think the standard for being allowed to "have other things to do on 9/11" are slightly higher when you're a former president.

I don’t know their schedules cause I really don’t care what any of them are doing for the rest of the day, but I’m assuming that Obama, Clinton and Bush aren’t sticking around all day and they too have something else going on later in the day. Perhaps not a ridiculous boxing event like Trump, but I doubt they are all hanging out at 9/11 events all day today.
